To Gated Communities that they shall not remove stray dogs from their premises and prevent care givers from feeding the animals. Violations will attract penalty and imprisonment
To citizens that they shall not indulge in activity to remove dogs or other animals from their streets and shall not prevent care givers from feeding them. Violations will attract penalty and imprisonment
To police personnel on Laws under prevention of cruelty to animals

To citizens right to stop animal abuse if a cart drawn by a bullock or horse is loaded more than the specified weight
To train volunteers to secure wounded and sick animals for treatment in hospitals and spot treatment
To train volunteers to for talk in schools and colleges on showing compassion to animals and their right to peaceful life.
Health check up for animals held by weaker sections to carry loads, for joy ride in beaches and elephants in temples.
Interacting with the administration for grants and space for treating and boarding sick and abandoned animals
